My Tannoy 215DMTII DCs are very sensitive (101dB). If you want Tannoys, which are IMHO the very best speakers made, look for models that are efficient. Some of the latest models are circa 90dB or less. Also, in a small room you will want front-ported speakers, e.g., 10DMTII studio monitors, which look plain jane but are good enough for use in the best professional recording studios. Bass response will amaze you but you may want to equalize the room acoustic peaks.
