I'm not hip on Altec but remember from Marshall college, large Seeburg with 511 and two Altec woofers. The hornys here should know the Seeburg-Altec lineup and their driver compliments - perhaps they were built well enough to consider and one could tweak their networks assuming they are cheaper to buy now than some Altec (???) -- here's a little set on auction with 811 (with Utah woofers instead of Altec and pickup only) down in NC starting for A Dollarhmm - maybe they were originally loaded with UTAH WOOFERS
