I've had no reply to an e-mail and a phone call or two and a two week turn around on driver rebuilds when I was told it would be a few days.
At that time there was someone in this Asylum asking why GPA doesn't answer e-mails and I relayed that to Bill. (October)
My own conclusion is that Bill is trying to do too much.
I've been there myself. Sometimes in an effort to get things done right, you spread yourself too thin and things slip.
Bill may be at a point where he's in between the points of hiring a full time customer service person and not, but it may be in his best interest to do so in the near future.
If you combine the trust that we all seem to have in his services and products with better communications, you'd think he'd do better in the long run.
Even though he's really "the only act in town" for some of us he's still probably a niche supplier.
I think if the GPA website was more conclusive of price and products there would be less communications to deal with. Just a thought.
