Recently got a pair of mid 50s Altec speakers. Behind the furniture-style grill, the grey HF horn is flushed
with the speaker front panel. Since the HF horn is curved, both ends
of the horn are recessed into the cabinet, creating a cavity to the
internal of the cabinet on each end.
Is this okay? I couldn't find the cabinet plan online to verify.
thanks.
