For a one-inch diameter throat in a 60 degree waveguide, I think the formula is:y= SQR{.25 + .3333x^2}
For anyone that wants to play with other throat sizes and waveguide angles, here are the formulas:[y^2/{(a/2)^2*sin^2}] - [x^2/{(a/2)^2*cos^2}] = 1
where a= 2r/sin
where r= the radius of the throat or y at x=0Remember that is one-half the angle of the waveguide, or the angle between one side of the waveguide with respect to the x axis.
