Consider carefully the conditions of the Webster equation. Specifically, one of the conditions is that the cross-section pressure be equal in the horn. This is something that cannot be satisfied by any shape other than round and unfolded.I suggested a possible way to make a better model, if one so desired. It is to use an array of pressure zones for modeling, such as is done in FEA. One would also want to model the material of the cone and suspension and the properties of the motor so that non-linearities would be found.
But as for the Webster equation, it is one-dimensional. If cross-section pressure isn't equal, the equation doesn't apply.
