Since we are all entitled to out own opinions here...here is mine, I put a single one of the beasties in my small listening area and turned it on. Nice, and a bit much for such a small space. Needs IMO( note, not 'IMHO' ) a bit more space to spread out than the 140 sq.ft I gave them.
The A7 bass cabinet plans have been built well and poorly, and in various materials by the factory. The combination of plywood and MDF is probably a better sol'n than either alone, at least in mass that could be considered portable.
