Mark, thanks so much for your quick and agreeable response; unfortunately I haven't seen anything in my email yet. Would you mind trying again? Thanks very much! I'm rather desperate, because...A pair of Cornwalls fell in my lap (ouch!) on a recent lucky day at Goodwill*, and I'm in love! Brought 'em home, worked out some bugs in the crapola internal wiring, et voila: Boy, do they sing! Perhaps the finest speakers I've ever heard, certainly in my own system.
Since then I've scoured these archives, the Klipsch BBS, and read the worshipful Yugo-Belgian treatise, and basically tried to LEARN everything I can about these musical instruments. That lamp cord inside will be the first thing to go, but I'd like to know more about what folks have done to tweak their Cornwalls.
Sounds great on my Eico HF-81, but now I'm definitely SET-ready: Saving my pennies for the Paramours! Bottleheads, here I come!
