well not to discourage you .but i think you should do some extensive reading on the subject..these things are a real pain to get right so you better do it right the first time (makes sense nah?).
I'm not an expert but I have read enough to know that these things are picky, some designs just cannot work properly, some give rise to all kinds of other problemsin basic designs you would want to aviod anything with many folds/angles (lowther factory cabs and the like)..theBeauhorn Virtuoso uses styrofoam to create a smooth channel with as little bends as possible..still a real large cab and only 50hz on a good day
if you wife finds the oris ugly..good luck but you are not in good territory then
