I want to replace my LS3/5As as a second speaker, on which I can use all my SET amps: 45, 2A3, and 300B. I was looking at Omega Speakers, especially the Super 7 Monitor MK2, the Super Three High Output Monitor and the Compact Alinco Monitor. This is because I want higher sensitivity and more dynamics. What I don't want to hear is the raspy, jagged roll-off common in many full range speakers.
I have looked around the net, and I see next to nothing (nothing, actually) about these speakers.
I listen to a lot of not complex music: Indie, Alt-everything, folk, Americana, Blues and chamber music. I also enjoy Bartok, Mahler, Sibelius, Strauss and Bruckner. I wonder if the Super Three High Output Monitor would work here.
Hopefully, this group might have some information about their performance I may have missed.
