To answer your question: How about a folded (or not, if you have the space) TQWT and a fullrange driver? I use a pair that were built for me (I am a wood butcher). They're attractive and sound really good. You should aim higher, though: check out Bob Brines' and/or Martin King's sites for ideas. I'd suggest Fostex FE-166/167 or FE 206/207 drivers.

For the record, I have a pair of small Ohms with the latter-day "Walsh" drivers (sort of inverted cone speakers, nothing like the fullrange Ohm Walsh "F"). They sound quite good and are more than efficient enough for a push-pull EL84 amp (EICO HF-81), ca. 14 watts per channel. I have yet to figure out which model these are:
