Yes, that's what I get when the box is tuned to 80 Hz for maximum SPL in minimal bandwidth for use with a sub. If tuned to 50 Hz for stand alone use I get 97dB at 80 but still 85 dB at 40 Hz.
I'd think that Karlson would prefer higher Qts,around .5-.6, and lower Fs, around 40-45, as it's really a reflex box and should work best with a reflex optimized driver.
