You can't accurately predict this in my experience. D.B Keele's calculation of Mass Rolloff would do the trick, but his math was flawed- I've built horns, and folded horns at that, where his calculation is off by a full decimal point to the left- I've gotten bandwidths to 4kHz,for instance, when Fhm predicted a 400 Hz limit. Making the throat smaller will actually improve high frequency response. Manufacturers don't test drivers in horns, but they do on baffles- I'd look for one where the response on a baffle is what you want for the high end rolloff, and the rest of the specs OK for the application.
