about your wife seeing the size of the bibs,, I would go the open baffle route, you could get all kinds of crafty with them , hell let her select some of the martha stewart paint to go with,,jk,,,anyways there is a site all about ob's ,, was gonna post the link ,,maybe do a search here and on the diy auido site and search/ask there,,,, posted a link to MJK's site,, a ton of good info there....
also last mitnue ,, just copy and paste,,, no idea of who he is ,, but intresting diy application on ob ,,
