That amp circuit sounds like a recipe for really good sound. My favorite homebrew stereo amp uses a #26 voltage amplifier, transformer coupled to a #45 driver, transformer coupled to a single #45 output. I run fullrange horn speakers utilizing field coil drivers, with pleasing results. You may want to try some field coil drivers in those mini A7s to see if you like them.Yeah, I think we all love this stuff!
