These were used as a pair (I have a set myself) in early Hammond organs. The voice coils were used in parallel and the field coils in series off the b+ of the amp. Haven't figured out what to do with my set yet as I'm converting both amps I have for stereo. I'm not sure what the second coil attached to the vioce coil lead is though, mine don't seem to have that. Any other info I can give you please let me know.
