As a reference:
The bit-rate of a CD = 2x16*41000= 1411 kbs
FLAC is roughly half of it.
High bitrate MP3: 320 kbs
If you want lossless over WiFi or Ethernet, have a look at DLNA
It is the de facto industry standard for lossless streaming.
There an many streamers for sale doing this.
A rather cheap and popular solution is a Raspberry PI with either a digital or analog out
