To the best of my knowledge UAC1 or UAC2 don't resample.

By design UAC supports PCM only.
However there is a trick called DoP (DSD over PCM) transmitting plain DSD to a DAC.
As you talk XMOS, I assume this is supported by your hardware.
Google "Foobar DoP" for the right configuration
