..than once, and has never lost a civil appeal, and only one criminal appeal(one every three months for 13 years), I wonder who needs to speak/write more clearly. The original reply to my post took my hasty scrawl to task rightly, but you ,"DWIlawyer", did not like my clarified post because of my use of a "pronouc"? I guess the appellate courts, including the two US Court of Appeals courts where I prevailed, just have a more basic understanding of the english language.
