the Brubeck to have the best possible redbook to compare with the SACD.
If there is no appreciable difference, then any advantage of SACD is unproven as far as "Take 5". Since it is cited here a a reference disc of the SACD format; the superiority of the format takes a credibility hit.Even if we find that somehow after the newest MC SACD was made, a newer better master was found, the advantage of SACD would remain "unproven" at best. As far as "Take 5". And aside from one poster pointing me toward Gaurdinarius, or something, NO ONE else has said "Listen to the passage of XYZ at 4:15 and you can hear a cowbell you cannot hear on the redbook CD"
Until those exist, on a player you would find in the average audiophile's home, the format is "unproven" at best, and a hoax in all probablility.
SOMEONE PEASE POST AN EXAMPLE WE CAN ALL HEAR RIGHT NOW.
