You are asking small audiophile labels to price along with enormous mulinationals. That rarely happened in the "old" days with LPs or CD's. Why do you expect it to happen now? I have a collection of Sheffield Labs LPs I paid $19-20 for when LPs generally cost $7-9. Today most of it is unlistenable dreck. AAPO, AQ and DMP are small independent labels that must absorb costs on a far different scale than Sony or Universal. What else is there to understand?
