AND IT HAS! I am confindent based on this and the fact that 99 of my 100 favorites have made it to SACD that it is dangerous for me to buy CDs as they seen to issue on SACD the very CDs I buy. It's almost as if they are reading my mind.My whole justification for collecting LPs is RCA Living Stereo, Mercury Living Presence and Reference Recordings. So you can see I am not buying new LPs either.
Plus all my available funds are going to new SACD and DVD-Audio acquisitions.
I am not selling all of my CDs, just most I am keeping the Mannheim Steamroller's Fresh Aire's 1-7 (I have No. 8 on DVD-Audio), the Meij Symphony No. 1 "Lord of the Rings"; Men Without Hat's double CD of Rhythm of Youth and Folk of the '80's, and a few others. But if these ever come out SACD or DVD-Audio they will be replaced.
Happy listening,
Teresa

- My whole justification for even buying CDs was that obsure stuff like William Russo would never make it to SACD. - Teresa 02/27/0514:12:04 02/27/05 (0)
