For most cases, I only listened to the first cut and then would jump to another cut or two--like Lady Jane on Aftermath. I know I listened to Sympathy on Beggers and Paint it Black on Aftermath in both CD and SACD--one after the other. With High Tide and Green Grass I listened to most of album in CD. I don't remember if I listened to the CD layer of Let It Bleed from my SACD player. I listened to LIB in my car.The SACD layer is more dynamic (alive). The louder sounds appear louder. The CD sounds "soft" in comparison. Also the CD sounds slightly fuzzy in comparision with the SACD version.
By the way, I listened to Aftermath, Let It Bleed, and HT&GG in my car (CD layer). I don't another CD sounding better in my car. The CD layer is good, very good.
