Vinyl, CD, 20/24 bit CD, SACD -- they've heard great recordings on all these media. I'm talking music I wanted to listen to again and again at least party because of the sound quality. My original issue was whether ANY high quality medium would survive with much choice of content. Vinyl will survive for a long time, so will quality CD, and SACD might or might not -- but with good choice of content??
What I want to be assured of is that, (as an example), I can buy Gramophone's Record of the Month in a high-quality medium, whichever one it is.
