The product is widely acknowledged to be a winner but this doesn't mean it can't be improved, by Meitner in a later revision or by others. Nobody is making accusations here about the product's worth ... worth being in large part in the mind of the purchaser anyway. Since a fair percentage of your market hangs out here, it's probably not constructive to throw insults around. (And frankly, if you have instructions on use of the product, how about you include these on a sheet in the box instead of posting them here.)I say all this as someone with no vested interest in the product, one way or the other.
