The Dana Winner has clearly undergone compression, to make it less jerky dynamically, and more smooth. There is an obvious commercial feel to the production, and that is clearly the artistic direction. Also, the musical arrangements and singing style has a distinctly Eurovision sound to it.
Groove Armada has some deep bass plunging to about low Bb @30hz, so a subwoofer is useful here. I will try it on my multichannel setup in the next few days. Should sound very interesting.
