It's unlikely this unit will play "SACD-R" discs; or SACD images burned to a DVD-R. From what I remember there were very few players that did so (just the ones on the list); and newer players were changed to ensure that couldn't happen again...that or I'm just so far out of the loop.
It will however apparently play DSD files burned as normal data disc; so if you had a SACD ISO you could just extract DSF files from it and plop them on a disc.
You can probably get Foobar to play a SACD ISO over USB to it since it has a USB input.
