Hi,
I fully agree with paying the creators of the music -- but do you notice no one ever talks about that? I've only heard the excuse (for downloading) about the network costs. Nonsense, I believe.
However, if someone is able to charge that much and get it, so be it. Simple case of charging what someone will pay, irrespective of costs. But I don't believe they're getting the sales they want either.
I don't know what the answer is -- or how low the prices may need to go -- but, IMO, it's a really hard sell to take away the physical part of it, sell only the digital bits, and want a higher price.
