Re: Where is the Tower in Dallas

It's on Lemmon av just NW of Turtle Creek.

They carry Sony's ($20.99), Telarc, AQ, I think DMP. However, the last couple of times I've been there, I have not noticed any additions to a seemingly dwindling selection of the smaller labels.

Have not been there in 3 weeks (45 min drive). I've had better luck at Shakespeare N Beethoven in the Galleria (Jazz/classical Telarcs, BIS, Sonys, Delos). I might even try Hillcrest Audio where I picked up the 777ES and a bunch of Sony SACDs. They carry the Sony ES line and they may have an SACD collection perhaps behind the counters. Or poke my head at the Classe dealer and see if they have the Classe Omega SACD player (with associated software perhaps?). I'd like to audition this piece but at $12K ..?

Things may begin to pick up as the "mass-market" SACD players are now out there and BB and Circuit City start to carry a (admittedly pathetic) collection of SACDs.
