I haven't misread, I was just referring to all blu-ray audio optimists in this thread. I think people believing in mass market success of blu-ray audio do live in a bubble, ignoring as you said, sad realities of the market. I agree that music downloading may be an option, but even there hi-rez downloads (2,5GB stereo, 5GB multi channel hi-rez downloads) won't be mass market choice, mp3 and maybe in few years low resolution FLAC will be mass formats and some audiophiles will push them to the limit, there are already "hi-end" ipod docks.
Hi-rez file downloads will be niche format for niche market, just like SACD today, it will be for audiophiles who want to download 2,5GB album because they hear the difference, and yes there will also be Super Audio music servers...so the future isn't that sad :-)
