Jim is simply pointing out that you paint with too broad a brush. It would seem, from your own writing that you refuse to tolorate those whose opinions disagree with your own. In what way is that different from what you were initially complaining about?
The fact that you don't hear any, or at least enough of a difference to matter to you is fine. I've no problem with that. I know people who don't hear enough of a difference between CD and vinyl to matter to them. Again, that's OK, it's their choice to make, not mine. It doesn't invalidate what I, and/or others hear though. And I, personally, don't need double blind testing to confirm what my ears tell my brain.
