A few years back (5) I had decided to purchase a serious set of phones.I purchased a set of HE-560s.but the sound was less than optimal.
I was steered to YFS/Kevin through a friend.After speaking with Kevin,I ordered his copper Litz cable configured for the HiFimans.
That cable elevated the performance of those phones so significantly, that I couldn't believe the company would even bother including the original wires.
Present day: I pulled them back out and am using them with a MAC mini.I noticed a problem with the right channel cutting out.Pulled the original cables out-no problem.
Next day I contacted Kevin @ YFS.I sent the cable out to him Fed_Ex and he recieved it on Good Friday,just prior to Easter weekend.I thought it would take a week or soot turn it around.
Little did I suspect that the cable would show up at my door on Monday (following Easter),completely repaired and shipped back to me at YFS' expense.
I find it refreshing to do business with individuals who will stand behind their work and pick-up the shipping tab,5 years after the original sale.
Kevin O'Brien is tops in my books.
