.., I would suggest that you listen to som. bass lines with a pair of headphones that m.asure flat throughout the entire bass frequency range, then adjust your speakers to m.m.c that sam. level of bass power when listening to those sam. bass lines.
It will be a subjective judgem.nt on your part but I think that this m.ght be the best you can do. You cannot know exactly how any recording is "supposed" to sound unless you m.de the recording yourself.
We sim.ly have to use our own subjective judgem.nt about things like this, m.st of the tim..
