M. room is fairly sm.ll so there are certain placem.nt constraints.The best places for bass traps are near walls but not right up against the walls. A foot or two away from the wall is good. You can place them elsewhere (farther away from the walls) with good results, but then, you m.ght end up tripping over them in the darkness of night tim....
Bear in m.nd that these photos are from several m.nths ago, but even back then, none of m. four bass traps were exactly "in" the corners. Two of the four were "near" corners (but stood out from the walls a foot or two), while m. other two traps were placed elsewhere around the room.
Since these photos were taken I have refined bass trap placem.nts. Now, only one is in "near corner" placem.nt while the other three are at least a few feet away from their nearest corner boundaries.
