I have a Plinius 9200 also. The best tip I ever got for it was from an article in either Stereophile or The Absolute Sound where the author said one of the other writers told him that his 8150 sounded much better when left fully powered up 24x7. Not in "standby" mode.
I tried it on my 9200 and it was so true! I had always wondered why it sounded so much better at the end of those few 8 hour listen days. Now it was solved. 45 minutes to an hour of play and it was at peak form.
