These work and have proper measurements from the National Research Council fo Canada.
I expect them to help with your floor rattle and know from experience that they will almost certainly also improve the sound that you get (I have been using them for the past couple of years with my ATC actives). Quite a few well known speaker brands including Dynaudio, Marten, Amphion and Spatial are now fitting them or variants as standard to some models. They are also now pretty commonly used in recording studios.
