RE: Bye bye Listening Room

Just get yourself an Audio Note K speaker - easier to drive than the Reference 3a and you can shove them right up against the wall (or corners or on a shelf) and they only need 5 watts per channel. The Referemnce 3a Royal master and De Capo were my favorite speakers until I heard the AN K. There is also the front ported LS5/9 from Rogers which I found worked well against the walls but costs more but you may prefer their balance. I reviewed both speakers recently over at dagogo.com

Headphones can be great but it's not the same experience.
