Juts for the record the voltage in the UK (where Martin Colloms, the reviewer, resides) is not 220V nor is is 230V. It is actually 240V. Collom's supply was apparently a small fraction out at 244V.
NB: UK voltage is cited as 230v but this was just an EU gambit to make all of the voltages across the EU appear to be the same including the UK. So they specified EU voltage as 230v plus or minus 5% ( close enough). NB: Plinius hails from New Zealand where the voltage is the same as the UK for practical purposes. Really 240V, cited as 230/240V.
