Anyone Order Direct from Marantz U.S.?

Well, not really wanting to pay the dealer here that carries the piece I'm interested in (SACD 30n) a $250 audition fee, I see that Marantz has a seemingly 60 day NQA return policy. Does anyone have any experience ordering direct from them? Love to get the KI Ruby, but it's no longer available. Check that, Safe and Sound has 3 left, but at $4000 (30n is $2600 and has some other features that appeal to me).
