Sorry to reiterate my point in my other postings but that seems to suggest to me that you are not downloading to your computer drive but to the Qobuz player application (the Download with Qobuz option) where , if you are logged out, you therefore cannot see your purchase.
If you had a subscription I would suggest that you open your account in the Qobuz Download store, then open My Profile and download your purchases again using the Download My Music ( green button) option. However even if you do not subscribe you may still have an account so this may work.
