Yes. I went to NYU for graduate school in English long ago. There was one prof, the Irish critic Denis Donoghue, who could juggle the elements of a poem and reveal layers like no one I ever saw before. But Neely here has perfect pitch and more and can tear apart the chord variations and find beauty that is just amazing. I read Aaron Copeland's Uderstanding Music and took music theory and simple composition in undergrad...played a couple of instruments, but Neely just nails it. Better yet, without the analysis, I was moved by Gaga's performance, and I'm not usually a sap for the anthem.
