In the November 1991 issue, Stereophile had separate reviews for both the PAC IDOS and Arcici Superstructure. The problem for me was, I was still in college. So we needed equipment first, before spending any money (money we didn't have) on racks.
With all of the construction on campus, my housemate got a crew to sand a plank of MDF. So we used that board, to bridge two end tables. And that became our audio/video rack. Plastic milk carton crates from the dining halls were too flimsy. And the construction sites did not use cinder blocks.
Supposedly, Berkeley's The Audio Chamber, which carried PAC, also was an Arcici dealer. However, when we went there in summer 1992, we didn't see any Superstructures. By the time I graduated from college, Arcici did not have a Bay Area presence, and other competitors (e.g., Atlantis, Billy Bags, RoomTune, Sanus, Target) dominated. Thus, I can't claim to have seen any Arcicic racks :-(
