Bought some speakers that shipped immediately. When the speakers arrived, the box had been banged around and there was a small ding in one. They were happy to take care of the problem, offering to either refund part of the money or exchange the speakers.When I chose the later, they emailed me a shipping label and as soon as I dropped them off to FedEx, I emailed MD and they sent the new speakers that day. No hassle, no questions asked.
I count this as very good customer service and I only had one person to deal with. He was very responsive and competent.
I have never heard of Audio Advice.
