Good luck, you're going to need it. We live on a hill, steep road some of which is gravel to get here. UPS, Fedex etc., can make it up here, but they don't like it. Their packages all end up against their back doors if they do come up. Some don't even try it and when they do drive up they leave ruts in the road from spinning that I have to fix.
So I have large signs at the bottom of the hill with my name, address and leave packages here. Most of the time this works and I have signed up for notification so I know when something is delivered there. Amazon is the worst, I have directions for their drivers, complained etc., but about half don't understand the signs, and don't read their delivery instructions. So whatever you work out, let me know how you are able to get Amazon to comply.
Btw the bigger the package, the less problems I tend to have. Those drivers call, I had some windows delivered and they were great. They called from the bottom of the hill. I came down, they transferred the windows to my truck and sat in the back holding them up the hill, and unloaded them.
