Best rock band evah, for my money -- at least for a few blazing years in the late 1960s - early 1970s.
Who's Next was decades ahead of its time -- best of all, it had actual dynamics (even if the recording didn't make the best of them). Consider, e.g., the acoustic guitar throughout Won't Get Fooled Again .
Glorious stuff, that album.
