I am only judging these two.
The guys in Chicago, where I have been a customer since the late 80's but have not bought anything since I dropped $12K on Naim in 2002, were just absurd.
Was relaying how surprisingly pleased I was with an Apple TV to Peachtree DacIt and an Arcam IRDAC as it was my first foray into streaming.
The guy was so dismissive claiming that I really needed to spend $8,000 on a decent streaming front end.
