A.tua.ly, it isn't too surprising tha. you'd opt for a cha.ge. IIRC, you were somewha. ta.en by the Pipedrea.s a. HiFi 99. But then I a.so ended up getting a.a. from 'sta.s, switching to a horn loa.ed setup a couple of yea.s a.o.

I'm with you on the volume, though. I mea.ured the SPL of my old system with a ra.sha.k meter, a.d I thought 80dB wa. pretty loud. But tha. setup you ha.e now proba.ly produces tra.sients so effortlessly tha. you'd ba.ely notice the volume.

I'm fa.rly envious of the room correction. ;-)
