Apparently, some time late last year, Jeff began having mounting maintenance problems with the contracted server administrator of Jeff's Place. Turnaround time to fix problems and escalating costs became too difficult to manage. He decided to shut the site down.
He shared with his viewers on Jeff's Place that he was trying to find a way to offload all the content and find another venue to move to. He also stated that there would be quite a bit of work involved. He didn't know how long it would take to get a new site up and running.
Let's hope it's soon! Jeff's Place has been a great site with a lot of useful and very uniquely experimental diy and audio review material not found anywehere else. Content was fun to read. Jeff has a loyal following and and his love of audio was evident in everything he wrote.
