Get some grey Post-it-notes (for silver faced gear) and a hole punch (a 3 ring binder punch works fine). punch out the hole in the sticky part of the note. Then place the round piece over your led, works great and you won't notice it 4+ feet away. For black face gear use a black Sharpie on the dot.
