I use these oversized binders from keepfiling.com with CD pocket pages from somewhere. It works ok for the most part. Because the binders aren't too thick, the rings stay closed (for the most part) when paging through. A few CDs come in packaging that doesn't have the normal little booklet, or booklets that are too thick, so that doesn't work so well. Overall, I'd call this the "least annoying" CD filing I've used.
